Virtual talks have been held between the Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbayeva and the Speaker of the Knesset of Israel Yariv Levin.

According to the upper house of Parliament, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of inter-parliamentary ties.

During the dialogue, special attention was paid to the results achieved in the development of interstate cooperation, inter-parliamentary dialogue, strengthening mutually beneficial trade and economic, political, legal, educational, innovative, cultural and humanitarian ties.

The Speaker of the Knesset praised the effectiveness of the reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan.
