The 12th Asia Pacific International Legal Forum took place.

The Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Islamov attended the event via videoconference.

The forum on “Balance of protecting national interests and the rights of participants in international economic relations” was attended by chairmen and judges of the Supreme Courts of Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, China, South Korea, Cuba, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Russia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Participants discussed issues related to cross-border legal relations and national justice, business rights protection, and litigation balance of interests.

Forum delegates got acquainted with the practice of application by economic courts of Uzbekistan of legislation on measures of socio-economic support for entrepreneurship.
