The Central Election Commission signed memorandums with Uzbekistan National News Agency, Dunyo Information Agency, National TV and Radio Company, National Association of Electronic Mass Media of Uzbekistan and Uzreport News Agency to provide wide coverage of the upcoming Presidential Elections in Uzbekistan, which will be held in October this year.

Important tasks are identified in this document for the activities of election commissions, timely familiarization of voters with the pre-election programs of candidates and political parties in compliance with all the norms of electoral legislation.

It was noted that during the election campaign, citizens will be notified of all important events and news, as a result of the operational work of the media, the activities of election commissions and other events will be widely covered. This will help increase the political activity of the population, expand the participation of citizens in the political and social life of the country.
