It is planned to discuss several important issues during the upcoming International Conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities” to be held on 15-16 July in Tashkent.

This has been announced at the meeting with journalists of the Presidential Press Secretary Sherzod Asadov.

Ways to enhance cooperation in transport and logistics, creation of new economic opportunities between Central and South Asia will be considered at the conference.

Another important theme of the upcoming conference is the discussion of security issues.

The participants will also discuss the development of interregional cooperation in science, technology and innovation.
