This is clearly evident in the work of the Oltin Vodiy Gilamlari LLC in Asaka District.
Initially two types of products were made at the company. Then modern weaving equipment was installed, and production volumes and the number of types of products rose. At the moment, the enterprise has the capacity to produce 20 thousand square metres of carpet a year.
“Conditions being created for local enterprises to work steadily and productively serve to ensure that production volumes increase with every passing year. In the first half of this year, more than 10 types of carpets worth over 680 million soms were produced at our enterprise. Special attention is being paid to the quality and ornamental patterns of our products being made in various sizes,” says the manager of the enterprise, Bahodir Mirzaahmadov.
More than 60 people work at the enterprise’s different sections. Most of them are young people who graduated from vocational colleges. The necessary conditions have been created for workers and employees there to work productively. They have been provided with special clothing. There are a medical room and a recreational facility with all conveniences.
“I have been working here for many years now. \I take pleasure in weaving carpets of different colours with modern equipment. We are proud that the carpets woven by us decorate rooms,” says weaver Erkinoy Ohunova.
