President Shavkat Mirziyoyev addressed the First Tashkent International Investment Forum.

The Head of the state sincerely greeted all the participants of the forum.

“Uzbek land has attracted merchants, entrepreneurs and businesspeople from different regions of the world for many centuries”, says the President. – Our country, located in the very center of the Great Silk Road, has been known since ancient times as the territory where the caravan routes of the Asian, European and African continents crossed.

Civilization and culture samples, formed in such countries as China, India, Iran, Byzantium, Egypt, are found in Mawarannahr, on the territory of present-day Uzbekistan, and complement each other. Uzbekistan, which has a 3000-year history of statehood, has for a long time been one of the centers of the world with highly developed trade, economy, science, culture and art.
