Tashkent hosted the 13th Central Asian International Exhibition “Textile Equipment and Technologies – CAITME 2021”.

The organizers of the exhibition are the international exhibition companies Iteca Exhibitions, ICA Eurasia, the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Uztuqimachiliksanoat Association with the official support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Chairman of Uztuqimachiliksanoat Association Ilkhom Khaydarov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Uzbekistan Olgan Bekar, Director of the Association of the Internationalized Industrial Companies of Spain Alejandro Gallego and others noted that such events serve as platforms for dialogue and promote cooperation.

The products were presented by 100 companies from 12 countries of the world. 78 percent of the participants are from abroad, and 22 are manufacturers from Uzbekistan.

Representatives of 44 companies arrived from Turkey. They presented knitting and drying equipment, washing machines, textile boilers, compressors, hydraulic units.

“We have participated in several exhibitions in your country”, says Tolunay Yildiz, Sales Manager for Export at MYD Group Corp. – The company is engaged in the production of chemical products added to dyes. Our goal is to find buyers in Uzbekistan. We are planning to open an office in your country.

Companies from Spain are participating in the exhibition for the first time. Under the leadership of AMEC – the Association of the Internationalized Industrial Companies. They are presenting harsh yarn twisting machines and ring winders.

“Spanish companies are demonstrating their products in Uzbekistan for the first time”, says Alejandro Gallego, Director of the Association of Internationalized Industrial Companies of Spain. – I am sure that the exhibition will contribute to strengthening cooperation between representatives of Spain and Uzbekistan.
