During the visit, on May 1, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with representatives of the business mission.

At the meeting, issues of development of business relations, implementation of joint investment projects in healthcare, logistics, construction materials production, the oil and gas industry and the energy sector were discussed.

At the meeting, the First Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Islom Jasimov confirmed his readiness to cooperate with entrepreneurs of France and South Korea in mutually beneficial areas.

Representatives of major French companies operating in Korea, such as Thales Korea, DPJ Architect, Veolia Korea, Hanwha Total Petrochemicals, Zueling Pharma, Naos Korea, Nexans Korea, Cs Hospitality, noted that Uzbekistan is a favorable location for expanding business cooperation.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed on defining new plans for trade and economic cooperation.
