JSCB Business Development Bank has been designated as the leading bank for effectively implementing the “Comprehensive Program for Continuous Support of Small Businesses” and its continuous improvement.

Relations have been established with the Sberbank Corporate University of the Russian Federation and Sbergile specialists to train, retrain, and improve the qualifications of personnel for the high-quality implementation of new priority tasks facing the bank.

In particular, at the first stage, a workshop was organized for 30 senior bank employees on doing business based on international standards, change management, developing retail services, improving the quality of customer service, improving the HR system, and using Agile methods in automation.

In February 2024, a trip was organized to a leading Russian bank to familiarize the senior employees who took part in the workshop with foreign experience.

In the second stage, with the involvement of Sbergile specialists, within six months, together with the AGILE team, it was decided to implement measures to put into practice the knowledge acquired in the first stage.
