Last year, a vertical irrigation well was installed here and fruit trees were planted. 64 hectares are occupied by seedlings of Ideal walnut tree seedlings, which is characterized by wind resistance and adaptability to local climatic conditions. Cherries are grown on 28 hectares.

The farm implements drip irrigation technology throughout the area where fruit trees are planted. Seedlings will be watered using a vertical irrigation well until the installation of pumping station and construction of reservoir is completed. There is also a solar battery for generating electric energy.
