Bulgaria to host Junior World Chess Championships
On August 21 – September 4, Bulgaria will host Junior World Chess Championships, which will be attended by Uzbekistan national team.

According to the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan’s delegation includes two coaches and 10 chess players.
About 250 young chess players from more than 20 countries will attend the championships. Uzbekistan’s delegation includes such players as Samira Kakhhorova, Shakhzoda Tursunmurodova, Mukhlisa Talibjonova, Mavluda Makhmudova and others.
It should be noted that Uzbekistan’s athletes won four gold, five silver and bronze medals in last year’s championships and took the third place in the team event.
