17:21 / 2023-04-21

A 9th-grade student of a specialized school in Vabkent district of Bukhara region, Shakhzodjon Erkinov, created an electric car with a retro design.

The car, designed for tourist zones, can travel at a speed of 50 kilometers per hour. When carrying out the necessary technical work, the speed can be increased to 100 kilometers per hour and even more. The machine is powered by a solar panel as well as electricity.

Shakhzodjon gave his name to the electric car he created. According to him, this idea has been brewing for a long time. The knowledge gained in the courses of rocket modeling at the children’s school “Barkamol Avlod” helped him in the realization of his goal.

“It took six months to create the car”, Shakhzodjon says. – Appearance and design were made in a retro style. I wanted to create a car that would get people’s attention. It is designed to transport passengers in tourist zones, parks, recreation areas.

Another unique feature of Shakhzodjon’s electric car is that it has a fingerprint sensor, and only the owner can start the car. Programming is entirely in Uzbek. It is important to note that the young inventor installed four 12-volt solar panels on the electric car.

Shakhzodjon’s father, who became a sponsor, assisted in the creation of the car. According to Shakhzod, about 20 million UZS were spent on the creation of the car.

In the future, Shakhzod plans to improve the car and its technical characteristics, and then start mass production of such electric cars.
