Bukhara hosts Silk and Spices Festival
A Pilaf Festival was held within the framework of Silk and Spices 19th International Festival, in Bukhara.
Skillful chefs cooked pilaf in large copper cauldrons, demonstrating different ways of preparing the dish.
“Our people have missed such festivals”, says the Hokim of the region Botir Zaripov. – Everyone is happy because the holiday was organized by the people themselves. I myself came here straight from work.
During the pandemic, our main task is to cheer people up. We must convey the essence and significance of the reforms carried out at the initiative of the President to every citizen, organize effective work in mahallas and villages, and based on this ensure the wellbeing of people.
Pilaf cooking master classes were organized for foreign guests.
