Bukhara City to turn into a smart megacity

The total area of Bukhara City modern business and residential complex is 83 hectares.

Large-scale construction activities are being carried out on another lot. 

The construction of two seven-and four-storey houses has started on 38 acres of the area owned by Firuz & Nora LLC. These magnificent buildings, which are planned to be set aside for shops and service points, as well as the organization of administrative records management, will be used by the end of this year.

The cost of this project is 40 billion UZS. It employs 30 people. The total amount of all projects of the complex is $550 million. Here, residential buildings consisting of 38 lots will be built on 24.9 hectares. Modern hotels will be built in 12 lots on 6.6 hectares, banks and offices on 3 hectares, public education institutions in 5 lots on 1.7 hectares, medical clinic and other social facilities on 5.3 hectares.

Large-scale construction activities continue on the territory of Bukhara City. The complex will include a panorama of a single smart megacity.
