There are many varieties of bread in our country. Soon, the production of bread products with the taste of various fruits and vegetables will be established.This and other novelties were discussed during a round-table held by “Uzdonmahsulot” JSC and Tashkent Chemical Technological Institute.
The event was attended by teachers, young scientists and students. It was emphasized that our state comprehensively supports activities on creating new promising varieties, increasing the profitability of growing grain crops, and strengthening the material and technical base of the industry.
In 2010-2017, 233 investment projects were implemented for creating new and upgrading existing production facilities. Modern technological equipment is introduced at the mills, in the shops on production of mixed fodders, seeds and bread. In the process of production, energy costs have been reduced by 15-20 percent. Almost 1800 new workplaces are created.
Progressive measures are being taken on enriching the flour with vitamins.
– The use of fruit and vegetable additives in production of bakery products and improvement of technological process are being studied, – says Gulnoza Jakhongirova, a teacher at Tashkent Chemical Technological Institute. – Our goal is to increase the production of products enriched with biologically active additives. We have received the appropriate patent for the use of apple, carrot, pumpkin, beet powder, as well as powder of red sweet pepper for the production of bread products.
Now this innovation is being introduced at enterprises of the system of “Toshkentnon” association, the delivery of bread and bakery products with the taste of various fruits and vegetables has begun.
