Boxers of Uzbekistan has received Olympic licenses

Two of our boxers won in the semifinals of the ongoing AIBA Asian/Oceanian Olympic Qualification Event in Qian’an, China and received a license to the XXXI Summer Olympic Games which will be held in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

Two of our boxers won in the semifinals of the ongoing AIBA Asian/Oceanian Olympic Qualification Event in Qian’an, China and received a license to the XXXI Summer Olympic Games which will be held in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

Our experienced boxer Hasanboy Dusmatov in the semi-final competition among boxers in the Light Flyweight class (49 kg) defeated Ganhuyag Gan-erdene from Mongolia with the score 3:0 and reached the final. He also received a ticket to the XXXI Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Participating in competitions among women Yodgoroy Mirzaeva also received Olympic license. In the semi-final competitions in the weight category up to 51 kg, won over the representative of Chinese Taipei Lin Yu Ting with a score of 2:1. Yodgoroy Mirzaeva became the first among female-boxers of our country, who has won the right to participate in the Olympic Games.

According to the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, today five of our boxers will fight for the ticket to the Olympic Games.
