A festive event under the motto “Motherland is sacred, its protection is an honorable duty!” was organized in cooperation with the South-Western Special Military District and Kashkadarya regional khokimiyat.

A solemn march of military units’ military personnel at the South-Western Special Military District was organized along Islam Karimov Street adjacent to the park.
At the event, held on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Defenders of the Motherland Day, a group of military personnel were presented with state awards and valuable gifts.
Songs, glorifying courage and bravery, performed by famous artists, gave the participants a great mood.
Khokim of Kashkadarya region Z.Ruziyev addressed the event.
