On September 15, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko arrived on this plane to participate in the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Samarkand.

President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Uzbekistan on a 747-8ZV(BBJ) aircraft. According to information, this aircraft can serve 400 passengers.

The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, arrived in Samarkand on this plane.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Narendra Modi, arrived in Uzbekistan on Boeing 777-300 (ER).
