Bilateral agreement and a roadmap are signed with Kazakhstan Ministry of Health

On the second day of the event, the Minister of Health of Uzbekistan Alisher Shadmanov addressed the event. He noted that Uzbekistan pays special attention to improving high-quality medical services, in particular, primary medical sanitary care.

The minister also emphasized that active actions are being carried out on directing primary healthcare system to preventive and patronage work, expanding by republican specialized and scientific-practical centers of providing special medical care to the population, coordinating diagnostic and treatment standards in the primary medical sanitary care in practice.

As reported by the Information Service of the Ministry of Health, on this day, the Minister of Health of Uzbekistan Alisher Shadmanov met with the Minister of Health of Kazakhstan Yeljan Birtanov. At the meeting attention was paid to the fact that there are many opportunities for greater development of bilateral relations in the field of health and medicine. Based on this, in order to strengthen mutual cooperation in the sphere of medicine, a bilateral agreement and a roadmap were signed.
