Andijan hosted an International Scientific and Practical Conference “Application of highly innovative technologies in preventive medicine”.

The event, organized by the ministries of health, education, science and innovation, the Hokimiyat of Andijan region, the Andijan State Medical Institute, was attended by teachers and students of medical universities, specialists from research centers, scientists from Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Greece, Iran, Belarus, Türkiye.

The participants discussed the themes “Preventive Medicine”, “Internal Diseases”, “Maternity and Childhood”, “Surgical Diseases”, and masterclasses were held.

“We exchanged experiences and received a lot of useful information”, says Necla Özer, Chief Physician of the Turkish clinic at Hacettepe University. “I was interested in the best practices used by my colleagues in preventing cardiovascular diseases”.

The conference increased the effectiveness of using highly innovative technologies in preventive medicine and strengthened international cooperation.
