Imported equipment, spare parts, and raw materials are exempt from customs duties for five years, and a postponement of payment of value-added tax is allowed for 180 days.

Ten percent of the loan for localization projects will be covered, and the possibility of installments over five years will be created to privatize state property and land plots.

Property sold will receive a 25 percent discount if paid within three months. Entrepreneurs who have fulfilled their obligations in economic and industrial zones can privatize buildings and land plots.

The export fund will reimburse half of the travel costs for the supply of raw materials from another region to exporters.
