The Ministry of Economy and Finance and the OPEC Fund for International Development signed an agreement for $20 million to implement the project “Development of a network of non-state preschool education institutions based on public-private partnership” in Uzbekistan.

According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the project allows the private sector to use preferential loans to construct preschool education institutions.
