Tokyo Olympics bronze medalist in freestyle wrestling Bekzod Abdurakhmonov changed the weight category. This has been reported by Uzbekistan Wrestling Association.

Abdurakhmonov will take part in the tournament in Istanbul on February 24-27 this year, in the weight category of 86 kilograms.

In this prestigious tournament, eight freestyle wrestlers, ten Greco-Roman wrestlers and seven female wrestlers from Uzbekistan will also compete for the victory in their weight categories.

On February 23, Uzbekistan sports delegation will depart for Turkey to participate in this international tournament.
