At the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Beijing, a delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan, Ilzat Qosimov, visited China, and a trade, economic, investment, and tourism forum was organized between Uzbekistan and China.

Forum participants were acquainted with information about large-scale reforms being implemented in various areas of Uzbekistan. A presentation of Uzbekistan’s potential in innovation, investment, and tourism, as well as information about the conditions and advantages created for foreign investors, was held. The trade, economic, investment, and tourism potential of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, and Bukhara regions was emphasized.

Chinese companies were encouraged to take advantage of the opportunities in Uzbekistan’s free economic and industrial zones.

During the forum, agreements were reached on implementing projects in areas of mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.
