BCT Cluster has been created on the basis of the resolution of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev “On measures to create a modern cotton-textile cluster in Bukhara region” of May 19, 2017. Eight thousand hectares of sown area were allocated in Bukhara region’s Romitan district for the implementation of this project.
