The International Folklore Festival “Boysun Bakhori” (Baysun Spring) will be held in the picturesque Baysun district in May of this year.

Representatives of Uzbekistan and guests who will arrive from different parts of the world will demonstrate their folk art and unique traditions at this festival.

The district is actively preparing for the festival. Particular attention is paid to ensuring that, not limited to just demonstrating Uzbek ancient art, national traditions, and customs, creating favorable conditions for future guests, organizing the provision of high-quality services and acquaintance with tourist sites whose history goes back to the distant past. To hold the festival in a new spirit and at a high level, hotels, a large stage, an amphitheater, ethno-sports grounds, infrastructure facilities are being built, and yurts are being installed in the national style.

The Hokim of Surkhandarya region Ulugbek Kosimov got acquainted with the progress of preparations for the festival, and gave instructions to officials to complete the work efficiently and on time.
