Bavaria – Uzbekistan Cooperation Society established in Germany
The Bavaria – Uzbekistan Cooperation Society was established in Germany’s Bayreuth, Bavaria, on December 27.
The society’s primary goal is to establish, enhance, and deepen cooperation between the regions of Uzbekistan and Bavaria, their organizations, and companies.
Addressing the event, the society’s President, Dr. Markus Fiedler, welcomed the friendly relations between Germany and Uzbekistan. He also touched upon the growing importance of Uzbekistan in Central Asia and the country’s pragmatic policy. It was emphasized that this year, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Germany twice.
The President of the society emphasized that its activities should cover the whole of Bavaria. Shortly, talks will be held with Bavarian ministries and agencies to discuss areas of interregional cooperation.
