The delegation of the Russian Federation led by the head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov visited the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

The Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan M. Kamalov, the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan K. Sariyev met the delegation at Nukus International Airport.

The meeting with members of the Russian delegation took place in the Jokargy Kenes. It was noted that on the initiative of the Head of the state, the friendship and cooperation between the two countries are increasingly strengthening both in the trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

The head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome, noting that both parties are interested in cooperation in investment and the economy.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on establishing cooperation.

The guests visited the Karakalpak State Museum of Arts named after I. Savitsky.
