A meeting of the Council of Bashkir Public and Cultural Center named after Ahmet-Zaki Validi has been held at the Committee for Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties with Foreign Countries.
The event was organized by Bashkir Public and Cultural Center in cooperation with the Committee.
23 thousandth diaspora of the Bashkir people live and work in a single family of representatives of more than 130 nations and ethnic groups living in Uzbekistan. By developing their original culture, language, the Bashkirs of Uzbekistan contribute to the mutual enrichment of cultures and strengthening the economic potential of Uzbekistan.
At the meeting of the Council, the Chairman of Bashkir Public and Cultural Center Rinat Gulyayev presented a report on the activities carried out this year, and developed an action plan for 2021.
Bashkir Language Day was celebrated as part of the event.
Participants expressed gratitude on behalf of Bashkir Cultural Center to the Government of Uzbekistan for creating all conditions for holding national holidays and traditions, learning the native language.
