Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 3 at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company has turned into a modern enterprise with high-potential engineering and technical personnel and developed infrastructure in a historically short period, more precisely, in 28 years.

In 2019, the plant launched a complex for highly efficient roasting of sorption process tailings. This unique complex was built based on the project “Improving the technology of extracting gold from sulfide ores of Kokpatas and Daugiztau deposits” within the framework of the Program for the Innovative Development of the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company until 2026, determined by the President of the country.

It differs from similar facilities in advanced engineering and technical solutions and in the level of technological equipment.

Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 3 processes 8 million tons of ore per year, and gold mining at the enterprise has more than tripled.
