The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov took part in the preparatory meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers ahead of the Joint Extraordinary Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League.

The agenda focused on current regional and global challenges, new threats to peace, as well as the paramount importance of dialogue and negotiations.

It was noted that Uzbekistan highly values Qatar’s consistent and dedicated efforts to strengthen lasting peace and prosperity in the region through diplomacy. The country has consistently advocated for resolving disputes exclusively through dialogue and remains firmly committed to this principle.
