International representatives of the industry, united in a single platform, got the opportunity to present their equipment and technologies at the forum on “Development of the Bakery and Confectionery Market in Uzbekistan”.

Creation of new jobs through the use of modern bakeries and confectionery production, reducing costs in production of these products, active use of innovative solutions, expanding the range of confectionery products by increasing import-substituting raw materials were discussed at the forum. Presentations and master classes of specialists of the sphere were also held.
