The Agency for Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the ministries and agencies of the country, has been holding the international book fair Tashkent Book Fest since 2019.

Along with the leading organizations of the book industry and cultural institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the national stands of Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Russia, the United Kingdom, Belarus, and Kyrgyzstan are organized at the fair.

Azerbaijan is represented at Tashkent Book Fest by the Azerbaijan Cultural Center named after Heydar Aliyev in Uzbekistan.

The main attention of those present is attracted by materials on the history, statehood, culture, literature of the country, as well as books published by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation to promote the country.
