Azerbaijan Culture and Literature Days are being held in Nukus at the initiative of Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Uzbekistan.

The State Museum of History and Culture of the Republic of Karakaplakstan hosted events dedicated to friendly relations between the two peoples.

The opening ceremony of Azerbaijan Culture and Literature Days was held at Karakalpak State Academic Musical Theater named after Berdakh.

Participants noted the importance of this event for the further development of trade-economic and cultural ties between the two countries.

The event ended with a concert program with the participation of Azerbaijan and Karakalpakstan art masters.
