The JSC National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (NBU) calls for investors cooperation who can take over the management of the property Sherobod Textile Invest LLC and South Shingdong Group LLC.

NBU, through the electronic trading platform “E-Auksion”, puts up for auction the following property:

– a textile enterprise belonging to Sherobod Textile Invest LLC, specializing in the production of yarn, knitted fabrics, and sewing products, located in “Gurin-Gilambop” mahalla of the citizens’ assembly of the village of Seplon, Sherabad district (estimated value – $7,489,446);

– equipment for the production of yarn, and knitted fabrics of Sherobod Textile Invest LLC, located in the “Gurin-Gilambop” mahalla of the citizens’ assembly of the village of Seplon, Sherabad district (estimated value – $10,906,523);

– a two-story industrial building of South Shingdong Group LLC, located at the address: Surkhandarya region, Termez city, Northern Gate (Soatov), building 11 (estimated value – $430,000);

– a three-story domestic industrial building with a basement for EF Go’zal, located at the address: Termez city, Barkamol Avlod Street, building 19 (estimated cost – $400,000);

– buildings of a two-story brewery, a trading store, a meat pavilion, and a warehouse of South Shingdong Group LLC, located at the address: Surkhandarya region, Termez city, A.Navoi Street, 41 “p” (estimated value – $2,000,000).

The initial cost of complexes, buildings, and structures is only $21,225,969.
