Astana hosts the Asian Table Tennis Championships 2024.

More than 200 athletes from 26 countries are taking part in it.

The Uzbekistan men's national team lost to Thailand in the group stage with a score of 0:3, but it won the match against Oman with a similar score. Jordan's national team will be the next opponent.

Uzbekistan women's national team beat Kyrgyzstan 3:0 in the group stage, Maldives – with a score of 3:1. Unfortunately, in the match against Chinese Taipei, Uzbekistan’s athletes lost with a score of 0:3, and now they will compete with Kazakhstan.

The championship will run until October 13.
