In judo competitions, Vasila Aliboyeva defeated India’s athlete in the final and won the gold medal.
In men’s championships in the weight category over 100 kilograms, Shirin Sharipov defeated all his rivals and brought another gold medal to the national team of Uzbekistan.
Shukhrat Boboyev won a silver medal, Sharif Khalilov and Feruza Yusupova won bronze medals.
As of October 10, Uzbekistan’s athletes won 25 gold, 11 silver and 10 bronze medals.
Championships on October 11 were also successful for the country’s athletes. In long jump championship, Doniyor Soliyev won a gold medal.
