The Asian Kurash Championship has begun in South Korea, featuring competitions among adults, youth, and juniors.

More than 300 kurash athletes from 25 countries across the continent have submitted applications to participate in the championship.

At the 7th Congress of the Kurash Confederation of Asia, held on the eve of the championship, participants discussed the development of kurash across the continent and the new rules of the World Series Pro tournament, and proposed the exchange of experience.

The championship will run until August 5.
