Asian Championships kick off in Tashkent
Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships have kicked off at Uzbekistan Sports Complex.
Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships have kicked off at Uzbekistan Sports Complex.
Championships are organized by the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan, the National Olympic Committee and the Asian Weightlifting Federation.
Almost 200 athletes from 20 countries are taking part in the championships.
On the first day, girls will compete in the weight categories of 40, 45, 49 and 55 kilograms, and boys – 49 kilograms.
