The Asia Olympic Qualification Rifle/Pistol is taking place in Jakarta.

400 athletes from 29 countries are participating in the championship, with eight athletes defending the honor of Uzbekistan. A member of the Uzbekistan youth team, Ilkhombek Obidjonov, won the Asian Championship in individual competitions in 10m air pistol.

The championship will run until January 18.
