AsiaMoney recognizes Sanoat Qurilish Bank as the best bank
In the contest Best Bank Awards 2020 held by AsiaMoney magazine, Sanoat Qurilish Bank (Uzbekistan Industrial and Construction Bank) was recognized as the winner in the nomination “Best Domestic Bank in Uzbekistan”.

The publication’s experts, recognizing the Bank as the largest credit institution in the country, analyzed its activities over the past 12 months. According to the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as of February 1 this year, assets grew by 15.4 percent compared to the same period last year and amounted to 35.4 trillion UZS.
The emphasis was placed on the rebranding work of the Bank in 2018, the activities of the specially involved SQB Premium office and large-scale infrastructure throughout the country.
The AsiaMoney paid special attention to the importance of Eurobonds worth 300 million USD placed by Sanoat Qurilish Bank in November last year on London Stock Exchange. It is noted that this was a breakthrough for the country, becoming the first among Uzbekistan banks in the global stock market.
Analysts also praised the Bank’s credit policy, emphasizing cooperation with international financial institutions, which are an important factor in the country’s integration in the global financial market.
