A presentation was held in Khiva to launch a large-scale program to develop the Arda Khiva tourist complex into an international theme park that integrates hospitality, culture, and event tourism.

The meeting presented the key elements of the Arda Khiva transformation concept – from the creation of themed zones and immersive routes to a unified hotel ecosystem, including the Arda Oasis, Arda Turan, Byond, Karvon Saroy hotels, and others.

As part of the presentation, the hotel management company HotelPro, together with the Russian company Cronwell Group, outlined a strategy to transform the Arda Khiva complex into a year-round tourist attraction that offers guests a unique cultural, educational, event-based, and entertainment experience. The concept provides for the creation of a theme park, craft quarters, ethno-sports spaces, gastronomic zones, as well as the development of infrastructure for family and MICE tourism.

The parties expressed their readiness to pursue further joint work, emphasizing the importance of the project in enhancing the region’s tourism appeal and developing domestic and international tourism in Uzbekistan.
