At the meeting of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, the deputies considered a draft law on the establishment of Culture and Art Workers Day in Uzbekistan, which is planned to be celebrated annually on April 15.

According to the lower house of Parliament, the draft law also provides for the awarding of the “Madaniyat va Sana’t Fidokori” badge and encouragement of citizens who selflessly work on the development of culture and art in the country, increase the prestige of Uzbek national culture in the world, as well as assist talented youth in their achievement of high results.
