As part of his working trip to the United States, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov met with Senior Vice President of Aviation Connectivity at Anuvu, Nancy Walker.

The development of the Internet and multimedia services in the field of air transport in Uzbekistan was discussed at the meeting. The parties discussed the issues of introducing Internet services on board Uzbekistan Airways aircraft based on low-orbit satellite technologies (LEO) offered by Anuvu, and providing content and multimedia services such as films, TV series, and games, training local specialists in Anuvu technologies, as well as establishing cooperation in content localization (dubbing, insonation, and adaptation games).

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed.
