Tashkent hosted an international webinar on “Sustainable development in creative entrepreneurial education: How education sector responds to global challenges?”.

The webinar was organized by the British Council, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation.

The webinar was attended by experts from Uzbekistan and several British universities and agencies, including the Goldsmiths University of London, University of Central Lancashire, People 1st International, Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh and London Metropolitan University.

This webinar is part of the British Council’s Creative Spark program and is timed to coincide with the 26th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, to be held in Glasgow on 1-2 November this year.
