The decree of the President of our country, “On additional measures to support the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan” dated May 25, 2004, serves as an important guide for action in this direction.

4287 primary organizations of the women's committees operate at the enterprises, organizations and establishments of Andijan region. They make a significant contribution to the ongoing efforts to improve the socio-economic conditions for women, protect their rights and interests, support for women's entrepreneurship, and promote healthy lifestyles in families.
