An “Uzbek Chapter”: Eleven masters representing Uzbekistan's traditional arts and crafts are among the outstanding artisans of the world has appeared in the famous Homo Faber Guide.

Nodir Rasulov is a master of gold embroidery art from Bukhara. He was born in a family of artisans. His father was a professional woodcarver, and his mother and sisters wove carpets. In early childhood, studying various crafts, he realized he wanted to devote himself to the gold-sewing business. Today, he creates both women's and men's clothing and household items.

Nodir Rasulov is in constant creative search: he turns to traditional patterns from museum collections and scientific works. He travels around the country to study the regional peculiarities of gold embroidery art. In his works, he combines the experience of previous generations and modern design to keep the relevance of gold embroidery in the XXI century.
