An international bus station is being built on Chupan-ata hill in Samarkand. More than a hundred buses, 200 minibuses and 300 cars will run from here.
The area of this object is 6 hectares. A three-story building of the bus station includes a waiting room, a cash desk, catering, medical center and entertainment centers, and other commercial and consumer services. Hotels, parking spaces for buses, minibuses and cars, non-linear fixed-route taxi zones, vehicle maintenance rooms are also being built.


“The total cost of the project is 135 billion UZS”, says the manager of the SXF Camping LLC Shakhrukh Rafiyev. – The construction work started last year is planned to be completed this year. The new bus station will connect Samarkand with all regions of Uzbekistan. It is also planned to launch bus routes to Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and other countries. The construction of this facility will regulate the movement of vehicles in Samarkand, prevent traffic jams, ensuring the movement of vehicles in the districts of Samarkand region and intercity routes to the bus station without entering the city. It should be noted that the complex will employ more than 1000 people.
SXF Camping LLC plans to build a network of 12 bus stations in Uzbekistan.
