An exhibition bearing the “genetic memory” of the Turkic peoples
The international exhibition “The Feminine Universe of the Turkic World” opened in Bishkek at the National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aytiyev.
TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev attended the opening ceremony. The event aims to gather artists from Turkic-speaking countries and showcase their creative potential.

It was stressed that Turkic women's talents have been manifested for centuries in traditional crafts – carpet weaving, felting, embroidery, and artistic embroidery.

The exhibition presented paintings by famous Uzbek artists Shahnoz Abdullayeva and Sarvinoz Qosimova.
The event will also include masterclasses for students of art educational institutions in Bishkek.
