At the beginning of 2023, the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan presented 17 unique museum relics at the first Islamic Arts Biennale in Jeddah.

The exposition includes the Kattalangar Quran of the 8th century, ceramic jugs and bowls from Samarkand and Afrasiab of the 10th-12th centuries, a copy of the book “As-Sahih” by the famous hadith scholar al-Bukhari of the 17th century and other exhibits.

The exhibition has been extended until May 23, 2023. Since its opening, more than 400,000 people visited it.

The Islamic Arts Biennale is organized by the Diriyah Biennale Foundation in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture of Saudi Arabia.
